This old sea dog came across a mystery he had never encountered before during his many years on the water – quickly changing water levels, creating situations of peril. The truth however, as this spot by Toronto-based Rain43 for Ontario Power Generation’s (OPG) ‘Stay Clear Stay Safe’ campaign shows, is that the phenomenon is really no mystery. It’s an effect of a nearby dam or hydro station, things that OPG wants people to steer clear of. If this guy were to spend a little more time outside of his dinghy he might figure it out.
