[iframe_youtube video=”sanHX8-GNWY”]

To celebrate World Down Syndrome day this past March 21 (symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 21 chromosomes instead of 20), non-profit organization Circle 21 and Juniper Park released this short documentary, designed to challenge existing stigmas. For instance, did you know people with Down syndrome lead pretty normal lives? They learn to ride bikes, relax with a beer, hang out with friends and dream of having a great job. Well now you know.
