Neighbourly love

Target re-purposes pithy expressions.

Target couldn’t wait to meet its neighbours when the retailer first started preparing for its arrival in Canada last year, and this month it got real specific (with popular phrases, no less) as to which neighbourhoods it’s most excited to greet next. The print ads by kbs+ re-purposed common sayings with a touch of local attitude to read “Head for the Hillside,” “Fit for a Kingsway” and “Stock up at the Stockyards.”
