Sometimes I catch myself peering, from the corner of my eyes, through the apartment doors (left open because perhaps the tenant is busy bringing in groceries, or maybe they’re just airing the place of smoke from burnt toast) in the building I live. It’s true, I’m nosy, and always wondered what other people’s homes, in a building so ubiquitous in design, look like inside. That’s why these images, from photographer Bogdan Gîrbovan, of 10 different apartments (with the exact same floor plan) in Bucharest, Romania, are so intriguing.
