Trusting stranger

Capital One says protect your info.

You’re walking down the street, minding your own business and a man stops you to say you’ve won $1,000. All it takes is handing over your SIN. Would you do it? If you wouldn’t hand it out to a stranger on the street, why would you do it online? Capital One and Citizen Optimum are asking this for their Fraud Prevention Month program. To be fair, we wouldn’t give out that info online either, but definitely not to that man asking for hugs (and personal info) on the street.
