Dare Vancouver is treating Pinterest-ers with an animated Pinocchio-esque story of a fake fir tree who desperately wishes he was real. The 25 videos have all the twists and turns essential for a seat-holding festive tale, from the lacklustre conifer’s efforts to rid his owners home of their lush real tree to his attempts to primp himself up. Be advised though if you’re thinking of saving the full-length story to show the kiddies on Christmas day, there’s a dash of foul language and some murderous plots. Pretty much all the appropriate ingredients for an annual family holiday visit though.
