Londoners have it so easy. They rarely ever have to pay to feed their cravings for history, culture and art because most of their museums are free. Well, things are about to get easy for cheap-o Torontonians too, thanks to a new platform, Myseum of Toronto, that makes the city itself an all-inclusive, free-to-peruse physical (and virtual) museum. People can discover the places and history of the Big Smoke via the Myseum website as well as at pop-up interactive events across the GTA. The non-profit is asking residents and visitors to the city to submit their stories and images to help educate others of Toronto’s natural spaces, culture, history, archaeology and architecture. So take that Lundun.
