There’s nothing particularly interesting about a bus stop. People waiting. Less-than-inspiring graffiti. Year-old job postings. Exhaust smoke. That’s pretty much the bus stop in a nutshell. That was until these unassuming shelters caught the eye of Julien Tatham, a French multidisciplinary artist who uses his camera to capture beautiful facets of the lonely waiting area. From blurry silhouettes to crisp shots of people waiting patiently, Tatham has an eye for the mysterious and perfectly couples dirty greys and greens with rich yellows and blacks to create a gorgeous images of urban life at a halt.
