Felt faces to smile about
It's going to take 100 days for this artist to create 100 characters that have no purpose (except to be painfully adorable).
Becky Margoof probably suffers from what we’re calling CLS — Compulsive Lol-ject Sightings. It’s when you regularly notice the shape of a face in everyday objects (see these buildings). That would explain her fascination with creating tiny square tiles (representing items from crackers to plates of food to quilt blankets), each with a set of eyes, and sometimes even a nose and mouth, hidden in between its crafty contents. She’s been creating them as part of a 100-day challenge to create 100 smiley characters almost small enough to fit under your thumb.
