New creative for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, by the recently adjoined DentsuBos, shines light on the stereotype that depression is something you can “just get over.” Friends, the video demonstrates, sometime just don’t understand mental health issues. Hearing “You’re your own worst enemy,” “You just need a girls’ night out,” or “Just get over it,” doesn’t solve the problem – but are probably words we’ve all said or heard at one point or another.
