Birthday bash
The Montreal Gazette shows its years.
After a certain age, people often don’t like bragging about how old they are. The Montreal Gazette (albeit, not people) likes to brag about its age. Two hundred and thirty five years old, to be precise. In its birthday campaign by Bleublancrouge, the paper highlights a couple major milestones – like the introduction of the Montreal bagel, or Bieber fever – and show how it predates that through OOH ads. It’s print ads try and convey how the paper hasn’t aged a day. Talk about a fountain of youth.
