As a non-Canadian citizen, I can honestly say that this anthology of Tim Hortons, its donuts, its history and its traditions (put together by Toronto agency Pilot Interactive) is a blessing. It may even help me pass the citizen exam in a few years, if officials quiz me on the proper term for a single sugar, single cream cup of coffee (four years in, and only now do I know to ask for a “regular”). Seriously, this site should be prescribed learning material in schools.
