A company that's like the Uber of cleaning homes.
Welcome to the shared economy. Regular Joes and Janes can run a cab business on the side with Uber, they’re renting their homes to strangers with Airbnb, and now, they can dust behind couches for some extra dough. Helpling is a global online company (with services in Toronto) that’s providing people the opportunity to clean and be clean. It has a roster of people (who go through rigorous screening and testing, with only 1 in every 50 to 70 people making the cut!) offering their help around the house, for about $25 an hour. We’ve been looking for an excuse not to dig into a Spring clean, and we think we just found it.
