Following on the success of its prank call commercials last year, Videotron and Sid Lee put Videotron technicians through the ringer in a series of hidden camera traps. The first, a single lady calls her mother after “Alex” installs her new landline. Playing Alex off as her new boyfriend, the mother rushes over and awkwardness ensues. Another vid has a water-obsessed man testing the sound and yelling at his technician, who he dubs Martha. Those poor employees never knew what hit them.
