Ahh Adidas and Sid Lee. The Force is strong with those two. This spot, created by the Montreal-based agency to promote the Adidas Originals partnership with the 2010 FIFA World Cup, takes place in the Mos Eisley Cantina, which is located on Tatooine. Where’s that, you ask? Well, it’s only the little planet in a galaxy far, far away where LUKE SKYWALKER CAME FROM! This viral vid has everything. Star Wars, football and celebrities like soccer stars David Beckham and Franz Beckenbaur, Snoop Dogg, Noel Gallagher, Daft Punk and Canada’s own Jay Baruchel. Of course, rounding out the awesomeness are Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3P0 and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Awesomeness overload. We’re off to watch Episodes 4, 5 and 6.
