Merry Kissmas

Ted Baker's digital mistletoe.

If you get grossed out by public displays of affection, you may want to hit the back button. Designer clothing company Ted Baker has launched a Christmas campaign that encourages couples to post smooching selfies to Twitter or Instagram. They can do this either under a large-scale, digital mistletoe installation placed atop store entrances at three Ted Baker stores in New York, London and Tokyo, or on their own affectionate time, with the hashtag #Kissted for the chance to win a holiday for two. Those pics will then be displayed on a giant digital screen in the store window of the New York store, which features a custom social media visualizer display by Vancouver-based agency Tangible Interaction, with animated snowflakes and snowballs creating a backdrop for images of the kissing couples. Pucker up… or just check out the videos below to see how it looks and how they made the display.
