The M.I.A. King
Greenpeace hacks a Disney classic.

What if Mufasa wasn’t killed by Scar, because they’d both already been killed by poachers? To raise awareness of the issue of animal poaching in Africa, Netherlands-based Greenpeace and Studio Smack digitally removed all the animals from the Disney classic The Lion King‘s title sequence, leaving just a hot, desolate African savanna. It’s a provocative piece of work… and also a good excuse to hum theĀ Circle of Life at work.
