Why interrupt a good thing?
Sid Lee lets Subway fans take their time savouring a sandwich.

It doesn’t take too many football games to realize coaches and athletes aren’t always the most eloquent speakers, relying on a lot of cliches to get through interviews with a reporter who managed to pull them aside. That said, this might be taking it a bit too far.
In a new spot by Sid Lee as part of a campaign promoting the permanent addition of Subway’s Prime Rib Melt to its menu, a high school football coach is able to take his time enjoying his sandwich. So much time, in fact, that he records his standard halftime speech to pump up his players without putting it down. Even though he gets all the standard platitudes in, there are a couple moments that show the guy might be more insightful than he seems at first glance.
