McDonald’s in Paris thought it would run an OOH campaign with a twist. To entice people to come into one of its locations it allowed people to actually see themselves standing in line waiting to be served a McDonald’s hamburger. Working with BETC Euro RSCG, the QSR set up an OOH digital billboard (of sorts) and encouraged passersby to have there photo taken so their likeness could be integrated into the campaign. When finished, they were given out a personalized version of the print so they could proudly display their McFace to their friends.
