Carvalho Hosken gets personal to sell homes.

This execution by Brazil-based agency ArtPlan and developer Carvalho Hosken aimed to make real estate buying a more personal experience. Asking browsers to give the realtor access to their Facebook page, ArtPlan tapped into images and videos and loaded them onto picture frames and screens throughout the model home, while the office was equipped with a map from the location to the home-buyer’s place of work. Thus a completely unique experience was created each time. Let’s just hope they picked the best pictures, and none from those late night escapades.
