Temporary stores

It’s nice and all for anyone to be able to sell products from their home (thanks to the internet), but that’ll never stop them from dreaming of owning their own brick-and-mortar store. That dream recently came true, if only for 12 hours, for six of Britain’s smallest businesses. iZettle, a company that provides mobile payment services and apps, renovated a small store on one of London’s busiest streets every day for six days so that a handful of business owners could spend a day selling their wares in a physical space. Each day, a different look was given to the store for each online retailer. Talk about a short life span: grand opening tonight, grand closing tomorrow.
