Free WiFi on beaches?

Only if you stay in the shade, under this giant internet wall.

People love the sun, but the Peruvian League Against Cancer is betting people love free internet more. It’s developed, with the help of the creative team at Happiness Brussels, a ginormous blue WiFi hub that only works in the shade. It has smart, directional antenna that delivers internet in the sunless area on a beach in Peru, and even tracks and follows the sun’s movement so that it does what it says: getting people away from the sun’s rays and making up to 250 (the amount of devices it can provide internet to) beach-goers happy and out of harm’s way.
