Claro’s honest sing-along song

The car goes vroom, the phones goes ring, and then we all go boom.

vroom ring boom
What better way to get parents to stop texting and driving than by getting their kids to shame them into it at the exact time they’re texting and driving? Over 40,000 Guatemalan children between the ages of three and six were taught a song, created by Ogilvy & Mather for telecommunications company Claro, about what happens when their mom or dad texts while driving. They were also taught to sing it whenever they saw their parent take out a cellphone while on the road. Very clever and extremely effective.
