This ad is one of a series created in celebration of Lego‘s 50th birthday by Hamburg-based agency Jung von Matt/Alster. They depict moments in time adeptly reconstructed, block-by-block, using Lego, like the showdown at Tiananmen Square and the day the Berlin Wall was torn down. We just want to know: is there anything that Lego can’t do? Ok, well we can answer that because the Lego spaceships we built when we were kids never actually flew anywhere. So Lego can’t make things fly. There you have it.
