Matt Carr, Umbra’s design director, talks to stimulant about antique-hunting, his dream assignment and what inspired the teatime clock.
Carr was born in Ottawa, and is a graduate of Humber College’s industrial design program. He received an ‘All-Canadian Academic’ award
during his time at Humber. He’s been working with Umbra since his second year of college.
