This spot, developed for Mercedes-Benz by German agency Jung von Matt, introduces a new brand claim from Mercedes, ‘The best or nothing.’ As the carco gets set to launch 16 new or upgraded models and new engine technology, this look back over its history begins in the office of company founder Gottlieb Daimler and drives through the years, showing off Mercedes models past and present. Clearly, things have changed a little since Gottlieb’s time. Mr. Daimler looks like he could have used a Red Bull.
