Paper animation

Xerox prints a commercial

Some people may claim that paper is on its way out, but Xerox is out to prove it’s only progressing. In its new spot, by Y&R New York, the eponymous paper-photocopying company tells its story of innovation and diversity (it prints counterfeit-proof packaging eh?) through the magic of stop-motion animation. With each picture printed on a sheet of paper, the story takes the digital look and gives it an old-school hard copy feel. We’ll shelve our “green” concerns over how many trees might have died for this project because it’s quite cool and beautifully done.
