Beer brand Newcastle and Droga5 have cut the standard sugar-coating normally done in commercials. According to this first spot, you might have a great time with great friends while enjoying a beer…or you might not. And if you’re not, then at least you have a cold one to wash away the misery. Its second commercial completely understands a core part of its audience: those who watch TV in bars with the sound off. Do yourself a favour, watch it first on silent, then turn the volume up, so you can get the authentic in-bar experience.
