These pretend training camps – featured in the latest Windows 8 spots – seem intense. Each represents the power of the latest iteration of the computer software, and Microsoft gets goofy. We mean real goofy. In one video, a trio of contenders carve watermelons using only their hands, in another a woman face-plants while trying to put on makeup, and the last features men playing table tennis while simultaneously playing the piano, all as a way of showing off the “features” of Windows 8 (such as fast and beautiful, or multi-tasking). You only wish you had that talent.
