Absolut nudity

Why restrict your drinking preference with labels?

Absolut Vodka has decided to strip its labels, offering up a limited edition bottle in the buff, or one without a label and logo. It’s part of a project, ‘In An Absolut World, There Are No Labels,’ in which the booze brand is challenging labels and prejudice about sexual identities. The idea being celebrated is that no matter what’s on the outside, it’s the inside that really matters.

The effort includes a presence on Facebook, a blog hosting a discussion about prejudice associated with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community and a collaboration with men’s magazine Fantastic Man that includes a special 24-page issue featuring interviews with global icons from the worlds of fashion and pop culture. We’d like to remind you that just because the bottle’s naked, doesn’t mean you have to be when you’re drinking from it. Especially in public. Unless you have a very good reason. We stress ‘very.’
