Quiet, please
Heineken silences New Yorkers (if that's not too hard to believe).

When you think about it, it’s something of a miracle that the umpires at tennis matches can silence massive crowds with a polite “thank you” or “quiet, please.” After all, these are paying customers being told what to do. Yet, as this experiential from Heineken proves, it’s actually more difficult to control a crowd when they’re just hustling about. The brand set up an umpire’s chair in Union Square in New York and challenged a few passersby to sit in it and attempt to silence the crowd. How hard do you reckon it could be? Well, a lot of people were too afraid to even try. But one woman managed to captivate the audience with a marriage proposal. The ending leaves us hanging mid-match… we never do find out if he said “yes.”
One thing we do know is that Heineken loves a fun experiential stunt, as this comes a year after its “Travel Roulette” effort.
